[tabs] [tab title="AUTHOR(S)"]Accidently meeting veterans of 47 Royal Marine Commando at the 60th anniversary of the D-Day landings in Normandy, Marc de Bolster became involved with the association when asked to become a member. Six years later, he was invited to become part of its committee as webmaster and historian. After having received a wealth of information, photographs and personal accounts as well as having conducted extensive research, it was time to document the heroic actions of 47 Royal Marine Commando and to share their story with the public.
